Ryan Lucia left a successful career in software to start his own home service business. As his business grew, he could no longer manage his marketing and decided to hire an agency. After feeling like what he was paying for wasn’t happening, he questioned what was being done—an activity report of sorts. Nothing could be supplied, so Ryan went on a journey to find an agency that both knew his struggles with home services and could provide an activity report with transparent performance reports. At the time, he found nothing.
He started his own agency with the idea that he would bring on a handful of clients to help offset the expense of two people, and he could use those two people to perform his marketing. However, he created a system where he sold blocks of time for accountability with a commitment to provide reports that showed clients the activity we performed and how long it took us. This method created a fanfare, and word got out.
Our agency has grown at a steady pace since 2019 with no marketing of our own.

Continued Education
We believe in education! We only sell 85% of our time. 10% goes to meetings, and 5% goes to education. Our team is required to stay up to date on changes and further their skills. This keeps us on the cutting edge of what’s happening in the marketplace and keeps our team motivated and knowledgeable about what it takes to continue to increase your results.
